I gave up Starbucks long ago. They can't compete with Caribou, in my opinion. White chocolate mocha cooler, extra blended is the best.

Began speaking to the lady at the drive-thru when she cut me off halfway through my order and told me, “Oh we are actually closed.” Just unacceptable service!

We both got the same thing (ho ho mint)but hot and iced and they do not taste the same at all. Hot one is overly sweet with no mint and iced all you taste is peppermint. Both were pictured with whip but when I asked they refused to give me whip because it's an extra charge. My family owns an ice cream shop and I know that whip on one drink is such a low cost and customer satisfaction is way more important. There are so many better caribou to stop at.

This a drive thru/ walk up location only.But I love the energy you get from every person at the window every time no matter how busy is amazing!
