Slim Chickens - Owasso

We had tried their grilled chicken and didn't like the texture. They had a special on wings so we thought why not try them again 20 wings for $20 great deal! We got home and we were shorted wings. We called and we were told no way they shorted us wings, they have 3 people go through the cooking process, they don't make extra and they didn't not short us. They told us they shorted us ranch and we could come back and pick that up!!! The audacity here is astounding, why would a customer lie about about couple wings!

Great tenders. The service even for a drive through was lacking this last time. I don't live in Owasso but whenever I am anywhere close I go there.

Drive thru service was painfully slow.15 minutes. Chicken sandwich and pickles were good but smaller than a month ago. Price was the same.

Food was edible but not great. Service and atmosphere was very good. Thanks for your good customer service and accommodating pleasantness.
