フィードバックを提供するFor the last 4 orders we had the Med Veg sandwich (as one of our households cannot eat meat) and one of literally any other sandwich. Each of the last four orders gave us a random sandwich instead of the Med Veg sandwich; usually a turkey BLT. Receipt reads the correct order, food is not given. Like once or twice over time, a missed order is to be expected. At this point, four straight orders feel conscious in two months. Better, Panera Oviedo.
Had a hair in my sandwich, I didn?t want it remade, initially the young girl said ok, I then spoke to a manager who again offered to remake it, I said I was put off as the young girls all had long hair making the food with messy hair clearly not contained. It wasn?t until I said they didn?t offer me an alternative or pastry he offered me a pastry. My time with Panera is DONE, kids with no clue running the place and no idea how to deal with a basic customer issue .
OMG! The customer service here is incredible!! I was in a rush, ordered from my mobile app and TOTALLY goofed up my own order. Kathryn bright my order out to me and I let her know that I messed up the order. She didn?t even bat an eye at helping me out in making the order I was hoping for and rushed to make it for me DURING the lunch rush!? I am so grateful for her hospitality this afternoon! And of course, lunch was delicious!! ??
Worst experience trying to navigate the self order tablet. Would have been quicker to order with a human if the menu boards above the front counter were showing the lunch items. But it was still showing breakfast. And you have to go through multiple screens to see what comes on a sandwich, waste of my time and expediency. And the person behind the counter was not receptive to my complaints about the self order difficulties. And the disc that is supposed to vibrate when your order is ready failed to work, had to listen for staff to announce order name, which seems a much more effective means. This is now my second visit to this location and the sanitation at the self serve drink area is still far below par. If I have to take pictures and upload them here, then management is not checking and cleaning property. The Food was great, fresh delicious and filling. Good flavor combinations.
Not the Panera Bread that I know. Chairs dirty, sticky table tops, paper napkins placed the wrong way, paper towel not inserted in its holder. The food is great (but at this location I start wondering if the kitchen is clean), and the overall experience could be better. Team needs lots of training and commitment.
