My go to for football games #duuuval Plenty of televisions to catch the game. They have a full menu with everything from appetizers to craft drinks and beer. Open floor seating and ample parking in a plaza. Wait staff is friendly and sporty wearing their jerseys during football time. It has a great local feel and a full bar if that's your thing. You can sit at a table top, a booth, or table and chairs. I had the appetizer pretzel with cheese, chicken wing basket, and cookie/ice cream dessert. The appetizer was amazing and I order it as soon as I sit down every visit. I was unimpressed with the chicken wings as they were fatty and didn't have enough flavor taste zing or pop to the sauce. Fries were good and coke slaw made an attempt but missed the mark. The cookie ice cream dessert was a wasted ass on as it was burnt and had bitter tasting sauce. In their defense it is a new item so maybe they will perfect it.
Food is good but the wait for your food is unacceptable. Don't come here if you are hungry because you may die of Hungary before your food comes out. I love the burgers but my time is worth more and there are other places to get a good burger without the wait. Should be 15 minutes 20 tops for your food. Wife and I waited almost an hour.
We came in and found a seat then waited and waited. It was not full but it took a while to be greeted. We probably should have left then but we didn't. Instead, our table of 5 ordered three drinks that were almost all ice. Two orders of fish and chips that were soft and not hot all the way through, a baked fish that was slimy, a burger with no flavor and BBQ wings that were over cooked. (Of the orders, the wings seemed to be the best). The aftermath has been many trips to the toilet... It's right next to Publix! Just go in and get a rotisserie chicken for a safer, cheaper and tastier meal.
I decided to give Beef O'Brady's a try as I have not eaten there in a long time. I placed a curbside pickup order on the Beef O'Brady's app and the app confirmed my order was accepted. The app said my order would be ready within 30 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes after placing my order and called to let them know I was waiting for curbside pickup. The person that answered the phone asked where I was parked and what type of car I had. Knowing I was early I waited. After 20 minutes I called again to ask about my order. The person who answered the phone put me on hold to check on my order. A different person came back on the line and told me that they did have my order never started cooking it. I was not going to spend anymore time waiting so I asked for a refund and left. Lesson learned don't trust the curbside service. I should have gone in.
