Restaurante Casa Valente - Ovar

We actually visited this restaurant 2 times during our stay in town. Each time the food was very good, but we had to wait quite a long time before any food started coming to our table. While members of our group spoke English and Spanish, we do not speak any Portuguese. The waitress did her best to explain things to us on the menu. Also, it seems to be very typical in this area to bring things to the table that we did not order, like a small plate of olives. If you do not want them, just send them back. Because, if you eat them, you will be charged for them (although it was very little).
