Everyone there is so pure and very fast service great super sonic cheeseburgers...grilled chicken sandwiches are amazing

However, once we were halfway over the bridge, we realized my son’s breakfast burrito was missing. Turning back at that point would make us late, so I gave him my breakfast instead, and he was okay with it. After dropping the kids off, I returned to Sonic to address the order mistake (since it was on my way back to work). Carla didn’t hesitate to help. Instead of just giving me the missing burrito, she handed me a burger (which I had ordered) and told me that the next time we come in, I just need to mention it, and Alec will receive a free breakfast burrito. This level of service is truly exceptional compared to most fast-food experiences I’ve had. Mistakes happen, but it’s all about how they handle them. Carla didn’t question the delay when I came back, nor did she doubt my claim. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure my satisfaction. Because of this, Sonic will always be one of my favorite fast-food spots in the city.

Buffalo Chicken and Butterfinger Shake – I feel like I’m in heaven! I haven’t had them in over 10 years, and they were absolutely delicious. Everything was served hot and quickly! Great job!
