Pizza Hut Express - Ottumwa

Horrible service. I called in an order and first got a call center talked with Pablo. I could barely understand him. I asked for something specific and was told he would connect me with the store. Finally got the store on the line and had to start all over.it took numerous times to get the correct info to her and when I picked up the order it was still wrong.not to mention a long wait in the drive up lane

Good food good service. Wait staff was pretty decent also. Indoor dining, with good parking.

Service was slow. Had to wait over a hour to get our food.

Staff were very nice and professional ???? ???? Wasn't too busy there were plenty of seats. Had a blast with my family ???? ??

Slow service. Limited menu, mediocre food.
