Kfc - Ottumwa

We stopped at our favorite kcf normally its very good yesterday it was reheated chicken from the night before I ask.about it the employee said noway we just cooked it it was horrible it gave me nasty heartburn probably won't go back verydisappointing ????

What a joke. Every single time we go there, they are out of chicken to make sandwiches or out of biscuits at 7 when they don?t close for 2 hours. We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no one ahead of us just to hear laughing when they said theywere out of chicken?get it together or close the doors. We left without ordering, not the first time.

Fast service great food. The staff was friendly and helpful about options. The interior has been very new since our last visit. Very clean.

Fantastic fast food restaurant! The service is excellent, and both the manager and assistant manager are a delight to interact with. I highly recommend it!

Even during a busy time of day, I received prompt service from the polite and helpful staff.
