Tim Hortons - Ottawa

Terrible service went there a few years ago idk if it changed but they refused to make me a mint tea with ice in it to make it cold we had to order a cup of ice on the side EVERY OTHER TIMS DO IT! Place was decent ambiance wise.

The staff are nice enough but they are ridiculously disorganized and they never have anything.

Inconsistency and lack of urgency. Whether the food/drink you will be available is a lottery. Wanted to order that particular muffin? It might be there. Ordered a bagel, only for the guy at the back to say they don 't have that kind? Typical. So if you go to this Tim Horton 's, don 't have your heart set on anything you 'll often have to adjust. The staff have zero sense of urgency, whether there is one person in line or fiver. Rarely is there a dedicated person manning the cash register; they seem to have a system of whoever is nearby at the time will be the cashier . Then, once you get your order, the person making the food/drink doesn 't seem to appreciate that most people are not coming to Tim Horton 's for the interior decorations or whimsical ambiance and instead are there with the goal of leaving as soon as they can. The staff seem to employ a I 'll get to it eventually attitude and any customer can see it. This may also explain why many food/drink items aren 't available at a reasonable time. Only reason this review isn 't a 1 out of 5 is because once the staff finally deign to get you your order, the result is a notch above mediocre (sometimes).
