Hard to explain, but the place feels like staff have given up or there is no good leadership. Food is normal for timmies, but the service is OK at best. The place needs a redo similar to another that just got redone nearby.
Handy location at Vanguard Building. The service staff run like a machine! The line ups are long but it moves steadily! Impressive!!
