Chez Lucien - Ottawa

What a great time we had tonight at Chez Lucien! A group of six with no reservation, they found us a nice booth on the lower level.

Atmosphere was very "pubby" downstairs though the upstairs balcony seating seemed a little more private.

Hadn't been here in a few years and wanted to try their burger again for lunchWent for my usual choice, the Frida and Diego burger.

This restaurant is fantastic! We went here for dinner and were very impressed with the food and the atmosphere. The burger was amazing and the fries were some of the best I have ever had. The pasta was also excellent. I haven’t stopped thinking about the fries since I last had them. The staff were friendly and service was fast. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a place to go for dinner in the market. We will be back!

Cute little restaurant and bar. Customer service was great, restaurant atmosphere was awesome and not far from downtown. I had the Bourgeois Burger and my pal had the Chez Lucien Burger. Both were good, served with AMAZING fries and a large garden salad. What needs improvement is the Burger them selves. They were both a little dry and in need of more sause or something to offset the dryness. The burgers were good but not quite at a wow level.
