Bridgehead Coffeehouse - Ottawa

This is one of my favorite places to relax during the summer because of the outdoor patio, perfect for bird watching. I always enjoy the coffee at Bridgehead. The tables could be a bit cleaner, but overall, I would give the service 5 stars.

Good quality drip and iced coffee, lattes etc. A variety of seasonal drinks are also offered. Lunch items feel somewhat overpriced. The patio is nice, with a good amount of seating and shade. Accessible washrooms are available. Service can be under par, depending on the day.There are definitely coffee shops that do it better in the area, including in terms of specialty coffee selection, if that's something you're looking for.

I went on a first date at this restaurant and the patio was beautiful. I enjoyed the bird feeder and trees surrounding the area. It was a delightful experience to sip on my chai tea while being surrounded by nature.

I had a really nice visit at this location. As I walked in, the staff greeted a friendly welcome and took my order in a timely manner. I ordered an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious!As the fault of myself, I dropped my breakfast sandwich as I was picking up a piece of wrapper that fell on the floor and they replaced it for me without me asking. I said I’d pay for it as it was my fault, but the staff offered an act of kindness which made my day.The patio is comfortable. Lots of relaxing bird chirps and shade provided.This is my favourite location in Ottawa so far, not just because of their kindness, but also the location. Tucked away downtown, but able to relax on a nice patio with great food and beverage service. It’s a win.

This location is nice, seats were recently reupholstered so they are comfy. Only the back tables have plugs and they are smaller. The tables along the sides are larger but no plugs and the lights above cause some glare.First world problems though. This place is great.
