Boston Pizza - Ottawa

I ordered the pear and beet salad, which was delicious. The service was excellent. We also shared sliders, which were disappointing. However, the ribs, garlic bread, and pizza that came with the sliders were tasty. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction to the server, she informed the manager who then gave us a coupon for our next visit.

The service at this restaurant is quick and friendly, making it a great option for late-night diners. I stopped by for a late meal and the waitress was super friendly. The food arrived promptly. I tried the cactus cuts appetizer, which was really filling and addictive. I couldn't figure out the spices they used, but it was delicious. I also ordered a Mediterranean individual size pizza, which was decent. I wish it had more cheese since I love cheese. Overall, it was a convenient and quick late meal. I liked it, but it's not my favorite.

We have visited this restaurant several times. The food is delicious and the service is fast, which is very helpful when dining with a young child. The kids' menu offers more variety than other places we have tried. Additionally, their cork service is excellent - if you order a bottle of wine and don't finish it, they will cork it for you to take home.

The food is okay ... The service is always exceptional! This is a great example of a family-friendly restaurant. Our Go-To place with the kids as they always finish their plates and we are in and out within an hour before anyone gets cranky.

Mediocre food, good service. Okay, this is boston pizza where everything is prepackaged and frozen, they just warm it up and serve it. i know that. Still, when i'm in the mood for something like that i don't mind going to BP. We had some appys the other night, nothing special nothing wrong. Service was very good.
