Bai Du Pan Asian Grill - Ottawa

If you're a foodie, don't go here. Had the BBQ , and it was so disappointing. The meat is like grade D, tough and fatty especially if you are a beef eater. The Korean short rib was some marinade made from Kim Chee as with the chicken. Not what I prefer or expected. If the food sucks then nothing else matters.

Worst experience of my life first of all service is terrible waited over half an hour to get first round of food which when it arrived there was no apology and the restaurant was pretty quiet so no excuse than food was terrible salad all wilted meat portions tiny and grilled peppers just full of seeds finally when we were about to leave the menu price was not the same as advertised online but much higher so strongly advice staying away from the horrible place oh and when paying I saw the kitchen horribly dirty place

Terrible experience in this restaurant!Meat was not fresh. asked two plates of shrimp, always gave me one plate with 3 little shrimp inside. Short of one-time chopsticks even I asked for them. The restaurant environment was totally not worth of what I have paid. And the worst is I can not use the coupon I bought from groupon. Gave this restaurant one star since there's no zero star.

I have been a few time. Never got sick from the place. Their brought is pretty good. Was told it was per person to be charge extra for the pots. Oh well live and learn. The food you do get it good, but they always give you extra things you didn't order or forget to bring you stuff. The food you do get it good. Nice how drinks pop is free and you get it yourself so you don't have to wait for someone to bring you your stuff. The hot pot is nice. Just wish there wasn't hidden charges

Met up with friends and did the BBQ side, super uncomfortable seats with zero leg room. The service was very slow, and once seated at the very tight seating, we were not told on how their menu works. No one came to ask us anything for 30 mins, until we tried calling. They said to raise our hands up, and someone will come! What the hell, am I in grade school? The staff all look frazzled, confused and really not wanting to be there. The food, sucked. Just raw meat you cook yourself with some veggies you have to order, you have to get up to get the crappy sauces from another area to try and make the meat taste good. If I didn't use a Groupon for my $60 bill, I really would have been upset. I'm sure Ottawa has much better places to offer!
