Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Ottawa

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! Over the past three months, I have been visiting regularly and the customer service has been exceptional. The staff, especially a young man named Enzo, has been incredibly kind and attentive, which keeps me coming back every Saturday. Overall, this Dairy Queen stands out among the others in Ottawa. I highly recommend it!

What an amazing restaurant! I visited last week on an extremely busy day (with temperatures soaring to 31 degrees), and the team behind the counter handled everything flawlessly. It was impressive to see a long line of customers stretching out the door, all waiting for their ice cream, yet everyone was served without any fuss! Whether it’s a scorching summer day or a chilly winter evening, they consistently provide outstanding service at this location. The staff is clean and friendly, which sets it apart from many Dairy Queens I’ve been to. I’m happy to say that my family and I are now regulars!

This Dairy Queen is by far the best one I've ever visited. First of all, their staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The most important factor that keeps me returning to this location is that they always prepare your hot food order fresh. I've never received old food here; they cook everything right after you order. Their oil is always clean, which is why they have the best fries around. There are many reasons I keep coming back, including the fact that whoever manages it is a meticulous person, and the store is always spotless. Don't believe me? Just visit the Innes or Walkley location, and you'll see the difference.

The restauraunt is amazing, very clean, the staff is friendly and polite. Exceptional customer service! The Food is also very good always fresh and hot! Definitely the best DQ in town and definitely worth a visit!
