Chicago dogs good. I don't care about beef. Good, but not seasonal. Friendly people.

I've driven by this place numerous times and finally decided to give it a try. We ordered the Chicago-style Polish sausage. For just $3.79, you get a hot dog, a generous serving of fries, and a small drink, although the drink is indeed quite small. The service was friendly and quick. This is what summer tastes like!

It was delicious! It really satisfied my craving for a hot dog.

Pros: The food is consistently good quality, the staff is friendly, and the experience of ordering and enjoying your meal is always fun. Cons: They only accept cash, it's nearly always busy with a wait time, and there are no indoor seats available. Despite this, the place has been around forever, which speaks to the quality of their offerings. If you're looking for an authentic taste of Chicago, the Chicago Dog is a must-try!
