Good quality pizza, sauce was a little watery for me men love, but it was very good

Always great people making delicious pizza! When you walk-in your greeted before the door closes behind you. Picked up a beef roll. So large an thick with beef n cheese you couldn't eat more that one piece .

Sam 's is arguably the best pizza in northern Illinois, which makes it arguably the best pizza in the world. Thin (but not too thin), crispy crust, savory sauce (I 'm not a fan of sweet sauce, which I know some prefer, hence my 'arguably ' qualifier), perfect balance of toppings and just the hint of brown on the cheese. Square cut tavern style, like god and Harry Carey decreed. I literally fly across the country from Texas for this pizza (and to visit family still in Illinois, I guess, but it 's really about the pizza). There 's just nothing else like it anywhere.

It was a great start with the cheese bread even though we had no idea what it was it was delicious!

We ordered several pizzas for our family gathering and were thoroughly impressed with both the quality and flavor of the pizzas, as well as the exceptional customer service.
