Coasters Seafood Grill - Ottawa

The food was excellent at this restaurant. The view of the Byward Market and the cozy fireplace made our dining experience even better on a cold day. Our server, Julia, was friendly and attentive, checking on us often to see if we needed anything. The mussels were cooked to perfection and the all you can eat option was a great choice. The spicy tomato creole sauce on the mussels was delicious and paired perfectly with the french fries. Kudos to the chef and Julia for making our visit fantastic. My daughter and I had a great time.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is exemplary. Sarah, our server, was very accommodating. There was a mix-up with our reservation, as we were seated downstairs at The Fish Market instead of Coasters, which is where we had a Groupon for. However, Sarah allowed us to order from either menu. Thank you, Sarah!

Their coconut fried shrimp is to die for. With a prime Byward Markey address and gorgeous interior, popping in for a drink and appetizer feels super-classy here. They also have free live music on Friday nights from 7:30-9:30; perfect for a warm-up spot for a night on the O-town.

All you can eat mussels and fries, fish and chips and the best service from our server Joe and Lucas in the kitchen!

Visiting from California, stopped in and had a wonderful experience! Food was great and our server Joseph was so attentive, making sure we got the best bang for our buck and taking great care of us!
