Burger King - Othello

I received vegan burgers instead of regular ones, and this has happened to me twice in the last four months. I can definitely tell the difference; the vegan burgers are dry and lack flavor. I'm really frustrated with the poor service at this restaurant. It seems like they just hand out whatever they have without bothering to check the orders! We pay for our meals, and I expect to get what I actually ordered.
