I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy this morning September 18, 2022. After waiting about 20 minutes in the drive thru I finally received them. Now I told them when I ordered heavy on the gravy. Ok I paid and again I said heavy on the gravy. Ok then the next window I waited about 8 minutes. When I received them I looked to see if the gravy was sufficient. Half the biscuit was bare. So I gave them back to either put more gravy on them or my money back. I went ahead and kept the biscuits and now wishing I would have taken my money back. So I guess wouldn’t it have been better to add a little more gravy, because it I’d taken my money back you’d have thrown away the b&g and been out the money. Also the young lady at the last window said the manager said that is all that McDonald’s requires. I frequent this store many times 5 to 7 thru the week. I shall never purchase b&g again.

I was there today with my grandkids. We placed the order and after TWENTY minutes of waiting, I went up to see where our order was. They had no idea!! As I was talking to them another customer brought back a tray of food that wasn't his order. It was mine. They tried to give me the food that was delivered to the wrong table after it had been on their table. I refused it and asked that they remake it. Not even a sorry for the mixup! I talked to the manager before we left and she informed me there was nothing they could do for us with the mixup. She acted like she didn't care. Not even a sorry again! Very dissappointed and will probably never go back there! Terrible customer service for a small town,

The only reason I drive through any McDonalds would be for ice coffees, milkshakes, a one dollar soda pop, or a cheap quick snack for convenience. Frustrating when the machines don’t seem to work half the time for milkshakes but, that’s about “average” for any McDonald so I submit my 3 star review. Thank you for the dual lanes and fast drive through. The people working here seem nice.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and I got a slab of meat on a bun...period. I discovered this after I got home so I called. They said they were going to send a coupon for a free meal and it never happened and this is not the first time this has happened. I had ordered a quarter pounder and it was raw inside and again.. I was told I would get a free meal and again.. never happened.
