Casey's - Oshkosh

I only visit this restaurant because it is conveniently located near my house. Despite being very busy, Kwik Trip processes orders much faster than Casey's. Most of the time, there is only one cashier working even when there is a long line of customers waiting to be checked out. The other cashier often stands idle and chats with the working cashier. This morning, I had to wait for the cashier to finish smoking outside before I could pay for my order. While I understand the need for smoke breaks, the priority should always be on serving the customer, especially when there is a line. I used to enjoy coming here, but now I am disappointed with the slow and sometimes non-existent service. It's no surprise that Kwik Trip is always busy while Casey's often has empty. Luckily, the Casey's on the other side of town is much better.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. We went into order a pizza the person working behind the counter, basically ignored us and pretended we didn’t exist, and to pay $17 for a gas station in Pizza. Ridiculous. Will never be going back again.

Casey's in Oshkosh are never prepared for food orders. They advertise food that is never available. I no longer question why this store is empty 90 percent of the time.

CASHIER TOLD ME, MY MOBILE COUPON FOR CIGARETTES WAS NOT ACCEPTED THERE. THEY'VE TAKEN THEM IN THE PAST. I WALKED OUT.

Breakfast pizza is great, ez in and out, clean restrooms
