I arrived about ten minutes before opening to avoid any confusion. When I made eye contact with a staff member, they furrowed their brow and gave me a somewhat harsh look, asking if I was waiting. I was a bit taken aback as I entered. However, once they realized I was a customer, their demeanor softened significantly, and they became much more polite.
