Hitsumabushi Nagoya Bincho Grando Front Osaka

A delicious experience. More expensive than I thought however totally worth it. Good service. The restaurant atmosphere is somehow dull.

We had 3 sets of the 特上ひつまぶしset ¥5500, unagi is nice some parts are more crispy, not that charred and this set has alot of it. Sauce is a bit more sweet then i like, but definitely less sweet than typical unagi. 残穢です, dashi is too little, same for the seaweed flakes and wasabi too. 肝焼 ¥830 is fabulous, not much of the bitter gall/bile taste 骨せんべい ¥630 is pretty good, lightly salted, crispy and light tasting. Service is really good after the meal they even provided us with hot tea without us asking for it.

Eel was good . Little bit pricey but alright . We had a group of 8. Staff member are friendly , in contrary the store manager seemed to be impatience it serving and arranging table .

In short, nice food, but discriminative service. Really nice eel. Went there for lunch, did not show me the lunch set menu but showed to local Japanese. Also not treating us as well as they treat the Japanese. Can’t imagine I paid for this for such kind of service in Japan.

特別料理にうなぎをいろいろな方法で調理してもらいました。非常に満足感があり、美味しかったです。中でも一番気に入ったのはウナギのレバーで、こんなに美味しいとは思いませんでした。サービスも素晴らしく、混雑するので、早めに行くことをお勧めします。
