Mr. Hero - Orrville

I really enjoyed my meal here. The last time we visited, there was a sign indicating that this location has permanently closed.

This place is so underrated! Aside from the lack of cherry Pepsi, everything was perfect. The sandwiches were amazing—hot and expertly made. The fries and fried pickles were absolutely delicious. It's definitely worth the 20-minute drive every time.

The experience was good, but the restaurant appeared to be understaffed, which resulted in longer wait times. There was only one employee on duty, and I commend him for managing everything so calmly!

Only one guy running everything. He did a great job and kept positive.

They were busier but we didn't have to wait in line to order. The order itself took a little longer but it was so worth the wait! Fresh, hot, and delicious!
