Dunkin' - Orleans

Our first Dunkin Donuts hot chocolate in a year! Still great coffee and cocoa! Usually a line as they are so popular, pandemic or not.

Fast, friendly service, Ryder was very helpful to discuss the new menu options. Was a very pleasant experience.

I always appreciate a place that works hard and maintains cleanliness, especially during the pandemic. They offer curbside pickup, app ordering, and a rewards program. While I prefer to get my coffee elsewhere, I really enjoy the sourdough breakfast sandwich. There's something for everyone on the menu. I usually grab a few wraps and an assortment of donuts, which everyone loves.

Thank you, Sabita, for your fantastic customer service! We may seem like a large and overwhelming group with seven of us walking in, but you managed our order like a true ROCKSTAR! The place was clean, and everyone was friendly!

This is one of the few Dunkin' locations in the area, making it quite busy and prone to long lines. However, you can conveniently place your order in advance using the app. Occasionally, they may not have certain items that used to be available before the pandemic, such as espresso. Overall, the food is generally quite good.
