Pak India - Orleans

This restaurant in Ottawa is the ultimate destination for Indian/Pakistani buffet lovers. The meat curries here rival even the best places in Montreal and Toronto. Make sure to visit the buffet on a Saturday - you won't leave disappointed. The only downside is that I always end up needing to lay down after indulging in the delicious food. Despite this, I always find myself coming back for more.

I visited the buffet on Sunday to scope it out for a future visit. All the trays were full and visually appealing with a good selection of dishes. I was especially impressed to see Paya on the menu. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and happy with my experience.

The food at this restaurant is delicious. They are well-known for their paya in the mornings. The maash daal, naan, chicken karahi, and lamb paneer were all very tasty.

Did the Sunday buffet. Absolutely delicious food. Excellent service. For a buffet place to have 'paye ' (leg shanks) cooked to perfection is a first in my life. For those with a sweet tooth, they make their Gulab Jamun in-house and they are one of the best I 've ever had. It was a soul satisfying experience to dine at this restaurant.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. Delicious flavours, good presentation, tasted very fresh, and the food came out quickly. This place screams value! It cost around $20 a person and each of us had enough leftovers for lunch the next day due to the generous portions. I would definitely recommend them.
