The Juicy Crab - Orlando

Dined here 2 days ago after being out of the neighborhood for a few months. So disappointing! To start our waitress placed our plates down and her hair fell on our plate SMH (she never tied her hair up after that). Our shrimp was overcooked, We could barely get the shell off the meat from how over cooked it was. And the juicy special sauce ??????it's basically just oil now, not the same at all. I don't know if there is new management cutting corners but it sucks

There were roaches right next to our table and when we pointed out the insect infestation and complained, there was no accountability or acknowledgment of the unsanitary environment. 0/10 recommend.

Food was delicious, had the juicy special with the #10 combo plenty of food for 1 person. $35 well spent.

We were a party of 10 there tonight. We were a little disappointment they said they no longer serve the family fest but we made it work. We all had seafood boils and they were all really good. Service was good server was attentive and patient with all our orders. I had combo number 10 and it was very satisfying. The juicy special with medium spice was perfect not salty like some other locations. My only dissatisfaction was the bathrooms they were disgusting and I had to go to two different stalls to get toilet paper. Overall I would definitely come back.
