Subway - Orlando

The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the food was fresh and delicious.

This is the best Subway I've ever eaten at in the United States.

Also, the ladies' restroom was in poor condition. It's unfair to both staff and customers when the management is stingy with labor; it negatively impacts everyone's experience and lowers morale. This seems to be a common issue in Central Florida. Even when staffing levels are adequate, it seems like half the team calls in sick or doesn’t show up. What a shame.

The staff was quite rude and openly complained about having to work while preparing our sandwiches. I understand that working on a holiday can be tough, but it feels unprofessional to express that when serving customers. The bread appeared undercooked, and our sandwiches were hastily assembled as if they were eager to finish and head to the back. We’ve visited this location a few times before and have always loved the manager, but unfortunately, the staff today really ruined our experience.

We were extremely disappointed with the service at the Subway on John Young and Town Center yesterday afternoon. From the moment we entered, we noticed an employee, whom I believe was named Imani, displaying a poor attitude while serving the customers ahead of us. When it was my turn to place an order, I had to repeat myself, and then she left my tuna sandwiches sitting on the counter after removing them from the oven, allowing them to get cold and exposed to bacteria. This behavior is both unsanitary and unprofessional, especially since she chose to attend to other customers behind us instead of finishing our order first. She should have wrapped our sandwiches before they cooled down and continued with our salads, as her coworker was already busy assisting other customers in the front. In the end, we left without our food and very frustrated. This was the worst service we've ever experienced. If she doesn’t want to work, she should either be let go or learn to treat paying customers properly, as we certainly weren’t getting our meal for free.
