Starbucks - Orlando

Perfectly prepared and prepared on time, as promised. No waiting time. Frappuccino and banana nut bread. Delicious banana bread. Moist and so fresh. Frappuccino was not watered and showed to sit too long. It was perfectly prepared and tasteful. A note... we parked in the back parking lot. There was no way to get to the door. Just restless when we've never been there and didn't know where the door was. Has drive thru, but I ordered on app before and I always go as planned to sit on the line thru. In this particular case, however, there was no one in the drive, so that the better choice could have been at this point.

Me and my 13 year old sister didn't know it was drive through only so we went into the store. A lady told us it was drive through but she let us order anyway which was so nice

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic, always greeting you with a warm "Hello and welcome." This morning, one employee with lovely curly hair caught our attention; unfortunately, we didn't catch her name, but she was such a gem and very informative. We were extremely pleased with our service. The café has a cozy atmosphere and offers a drive-thru, along with excellent drinks and food. The employees are aware of any shortcomings and readily suggest alternatives. I would rate the service a perfect 10/10. I enjoyed the Dragon Drink with Coconut Milk, while my companion had a Venti coffee, along with two grilled cheese sandwiches. Everything was spot on!

We frequent this restaurant in Newcastle, England, and usually have no issues. However, yesterday we discovered that there was a problem when we tried to place an order. It turns out that we cannot order ahead through the UK app. After explaining our situation, we were finally allowed to order over the counter. I’m not sure why they're implementing this policy on weekends without any explanation.

Unfortunately, the blonde roasting machine was out of order, but everything else was fine. The staff were decent, and the service was good.
