フィードバックを提供するThree issues with all Starbucks, regardless of its location, 1. Service is extremely slow, 2. No Equal substitute, 3. Always check or double check your to go bag, because there 's a good chance, something is missing or you didn 't get what you actually ordered. And what 's with the No Ham sandwich problems at Starbucks, it 's as if they are trying to be Politically Correct and worried about offending someone? We 've started making two stops, one for coffee at Starbucks (bringing our own Equal) and then stopping at Dunkin 's for breakfast sandwiches.
Nice Starbucks to easily access while we were staying at the nearby hotels on vacation. Great coffee and quick to grab and go. This location has a drive thru as well, for added convenience.
We order from Starbucks everyday and used this starbucks twice in 2 days but then they messed our order pretty badly and the taste of the coffee was burnt and washed with more milk to cover the taste of the burnt coffee. Simple Venti mocha they got wrong; we returned to ask if they could fix the order and that is the first time we ever have to do that with starbucks and the Manager (Brandon) first thing he says is don?t you ask for a remake of coffee every time! I explained that it might be other customers but not us and then he asks if our drinks were actually from that store; store gave us our drinks without labels, then when we showed him the receipt he started being apologetic and offered to remake the drinks but we felt offended enough to not want that store making any profit of of us so we asked for a refund. Why did we get there in the first place, order was made bad, all you gotta do is just remake the order, check receipt especially if it is through the starbucks app and deliver the drinks instead of interrogating and asking offensive questions like that. Brandon needs to learn how to manage the store better and assure customers are happy when the store gives them burnt coffee which is what the store specializes in (Coffee). When you are in business for food services you are apt to make mistakes with the food/drinks at some point and learning how to fix them is just as important as avoiding those mistakes. I am not disgruntled at the drink as much as I am confused and offended at how the store manager (Brandon) took care of it.
Rudest service EVER. They made our orders wrong and when we asked to have them remade they interrogated us and accused us of frequently asking for drink remakes. We are on vacation and usually thoroughly enjoy our coffee. Managers need to learn better customer service.
Prob the most rude staff I?ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. Go to Dunkin next door. They were so nice
