Our experience at Sear Sea was exceptional. The staff's knowledge of the menu and preparation styles made for great pairings and overall experience for the evening.

Our server, Diego, was fantastic and we all feel like we made a new friend in him! The food was delicious. The entire staff of the restaurant and hotel was the best ever! Very client-friendly and accommodating to every need and request that we had during our night stay. Thank you JWM Bonnet Creek.

Absolutely loved our dinner last night. Service was outstanding and food was excellent. We’re vacationing and celebrated my dad’s birthday. Three of us split the tomahawk ribeye which was perfectly cooked and cut. We had the Mac and cheese and brussel sprouts, both delicious and memorable. Oh and the octopus! Outstanding! Love their wine and cocktail lists we enjoyed some of each and appreciated the diverse selection. Would definitely dine here again, we had a wonderful experience!
