Nona Blue Modern Tavern - Orlando

Great made from scratch restaurant, lovely service and good food! A relaxed environment with comfortable seating, a mixture of high top tables, and comfortable round couches. Plenty of room at the bar as well. We tried many things including Margherita Flatbread, Firecracker Shrimp, Fish Chips, Steak frites, and cocktails like the Baby Blue Cosmopolitan, and an assortment of the desserts! The restaurant was busy, but service was friendly.Vegetarian options: Had some vegetarian options, but feel like they could offer more options.

This place has a little bit of everything when it comes to food, drinks, services and ambiance. Our waitress, Tracy-with-a-Y, was so amazing. She was extremely attentive, friendly, and personable. For an appetizer, we got the P.E.I. mussels, which were SO good. The entrees that we ordered include the North Atlantic sea scallops, lobster mac and cheese, and blackened mahi mahi sandwich. All three were beyond delicious. And for dessert? We ordered some coffee, a piece of carrot cake, and pumpkin cheesecake. I mention the coffee because it was actually really good coffee. They make it fresh to order, so it takes a minute, but it's worth it (surprisingly). The pumpkin cheesecake is seasonal and oh-so-good. It's not a heavy cheesecake, so after a big dinner it won't sit heavy in your stomach. The carrot cake... please never take it off the menu, Nona Blue. I could eat an entire sheet cake of it and go back for seconds. If you live in the area or are just visiting, this is a must try for a night out.Parking: The parking lot is small, so finding parking may be difficult. Be prepared to park on a side street and walk if you dine during popular times of the day/night.

Two days before our wedding we met family at NB for dinner to welcome them to town…the server asked if we were celebrating and my sister told her about the wedding. At the end of our meal our server brought me this card signed by multiple staff! ?????‍ I have always loved their food…the carrot cake for sure—but this makes me love the whole experience!

Loved our lunch here. Every dish was excellent and the service was great. Would've given 5 starts if the prices were lower. In the end, I guess you get what you pay for. Give these guys a try, but be ready for the hefty bill at the end.

Great bartender, great drink, husband’s pork chop was delish as always. I went off my typical choices of fish and had the Mac and cheese. Very disappointed found two small pieces of lobster for $26 would never recommend this. Either put lobster in so you can see and taste it or leave it out. Heard it was a big seller either last night was an off night or it’s gotten less due to cost but it wasn’t an impressive dish.
