Morton's The Steakhouse - Orlando

I was looking for a great steak, not having been to Mortons in this area for over ten years, so was confident thats where I needed to go. Wrong. The accompanying side shrimp and scallops were great, but this $70 steak (medium) was the most rubbery, tough meat Ive ever tried to consume. Super disappointed. Not what it used to be unfortunately.

Didnt sent the steak for the salad. When I made note of it, I was only given $8.00 back when I was charged over $14.

The best all means that you also have to pay for it. Tiger Woods has its own wine rack here. The service here is incredible thanks to our waitress Joel Maldonado. A waiter can definitely make a place or break. He took it to a level I didn't experience anywhere else. He was like a walk Google of wine, steaks and palte. The detail he knew about his craft was amazing. I think Donald Trump would even be impressed. I had the NY strip, the lady had the act. Both cooked for perfection. We were waited by 4 people and it was honest The best culinary experience of my life. Great wine selection and a waiter that will help you combine it perfectly and enthusiastically. If I want Steak in Orlando, I'll only be dined here and served by Joel. Better than Capital Grill, Ruth's Chris, Charley's, although these places are also great. Mortons in Dr Phillps. My home away from home. From the welcome smile of the hostess to the gracious greeting from Phil or Rupal behind the newly remodeled bar; the evening starts off right. Morton 's has been referred to as the McDonald 's of Steakhouses , and that 's a compliment because it means that the quality of the food and the experience never waivers. Great steaks and seafood and LOTS of it. I 've eaten in 22 Morton 's across the US and this is my favorite.
