Hideaway - Orlando

I'm a frequent patron of The Hideaway, but I may need to reconsider my loyalty. I ordered my usual wings with ranch, which typically comes in a small plastic cup of a couple of ounces. When I requested extra ranch, I received another small cup but was charged for it. They don't charge for shaking the salt shaker or for an extra squeeze of ketchup, so why impose an extra fee for ranch dressing? It's not just about the $1.00 cost; it’s the principle of adding unexpected charges! The vibe of this neighborhood bar is shifting!

I had a perfect experience—10 out of 10! The service was fantastic, and Autumn, our server, was absolutely wonderful.

I got the BBQ 10 piece wings on my lunch break. They were hot and had good flavor. I didn't stay long, but the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. It is a small place which is fine, but I could hear everyone's conversations because they were screaming so much. Obviously it's going to be loud since it's a bar, but I still think it was too much. Especially at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. The other issue with the location is the complete lack of parking. They have a tiny parking lot on site and no immediate street parking.The bartender was attentive and friendly.

Fantastic dive bar! The food, drinks, and service are all excellent! It’s a bit disappointing to see it moving across the street, though.
