Five Guys - Orlando

I had a fantastic experience with Ricardo! My previous visit with another guide wasn't good at all, but Ricardo provided excellent customer service.

My son and I had a small order but the gentleman running the front was soo nice. Upbeat personality. The food was amazing as always but the great gentleman up front made my day.

The meat patties had already been cooked and were sitting off to the side, looking like they had been there for about 30 minutes. When I placed my order, they just added the cheese on top, and the overall result didn’t taste fresh at all. The only thing that was fresh were the fries.

The published open time must be updated. I was a little after 11:00 on a fri. I drove there to get my food and they said they opened at 12 o'clock. the five youngs app from any reason says they open at 11 o'clock and still accepts command.

We showed up at the last minute and we were greeted with a smile. Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. They dropped fresh fries for us too. Great staff! Great Store! Great job! Thank you again!!
