Applewood Bacon Cheddar Egg Sandwich was incredible!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. We arrived at 8:00 a.m., and our bagel was not fresh at all. It was hands-down the worst fast food experience I've ever had. The food was terrible—dry and stale. We were asked if we wanted our bagels cut, and we said yes, but they handed them to us uncut. There were no napkins or utensils in the bag either. We were left waiting both at the counter and at the pickup window. It was a complete waste of money. Thank goodness we didn’t order any drinks; I can only imagine how bad those would have been. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The cleanliness of this restaurant was unacceptable! All the tables were dirty, and overall, nothing seemed to be clean. Even the napkin dispenser was in poor condition. We ordered breakfast but ended up returning it to request a refund. It was only 8 a.m., and as a coffee shop, it was surprisingly empty—probably because others have experienced the same issues. To top it off, there was a dead duck in the parking lot. It's really disappointing to see such a great place in such disarray!

I love everything I've ordered from them. The ingredients are fresh, and everything tastes amazing!

The food is delicious, and the customer service is exceptional! I enjoy exploring their various options and appreciate the ability to customize the breads, allowing me to experiment with different combinations. Thank you for everything!
