What really enhances the dining experience here is the attention to decor. If you have any interest in classic horror movies, you absolutely must check it out. I’m not particularly keen on this genre, yet I still found the setting to be super cool. Each room has a unique design, and the restaurant has a dim, quiet atmosphere, which is a welcome change after spending a day in the bright sun.

On the downside, similar to other universal restaurants, while the mobile ordering via the resort's app is seamless, the actual pickup experience could use improvement. The signage is clear about where to collect orders, but it hangs directly over the cashier area, causing confusion for guests waiting with their "order is ready" notifications. I appreciate the effort put into the service and hope to see improved separate queues in the future that match the excellence of the app. In summary, despite the mobile pickup issues, this restaurant quickly became one of our favorites during our first visit to the parks. The atmosphere was so enjoyable that we ended up going back twice!
