On arrival, at 3 pm with no amount, the interior of this store was dirty, so I decided to take over. I ordered the steak bowl and a bag with chips and a large well to drink. The employee was too busy talking to an employee about something that doesn't work so I could tell her I wanted to take off my meal. Once I got a change to get a word, I was surprised by my $18 tab. The menu board recorded the steak dish at $10.50, but the fee was $12.15 before tax. $3 is a lot to drink for a well. When I came to the well, root beer shot some foamy clear liquid, not root beer. I chose Cola and Dopey, but I didn't taste it before I left the store. I don't know what it was, but the brown liquid wasn't coke. And to insult, you get a paper straw I hate. You get soggy and taste like a paper towel after 2 sips. And my food was cold when I came home, a 5-minute drive to my hour 2 miles away. This will be my first and last visit to Chipotle. Good luck.
As someone who worked at Chipotle, I have full sympathy for the workers and management. But that's the worst chipotle I've ever had. And it seems management's fault. On the one hand, they are underoccupied for lunch break and have only one person who does Burritos, one in registers and for some reason two people on the grill. I have grilled and even on the worst lunches with some effort you can just handle the grill yourself or have someone help you get caught and then move again. Even with the grill with two people, they didn't keep up with the rush and they didn't even really season the rice. I understand that we sometimes run out of cilantro and/or lime juice. But we definitely always have at least salt. And no spices were added at all. Even the chicken tasted like no salt had been added. You should be able to taste the spices is the standard. And remember that this was not even a bad lunch break, and I waited 20 30 minutes for order. There were 6 people in front of me. The worst part of it is when you finally get your food, it doesn't even taste like Chipotle. It tastes kind of worse. Whoever is here must be seriously considered.
Where to begin... often closes doors and swaps on online orders only due to short personalization, guacamole is usually pieces of unripe avocado, usually made of cheese, also usually made of at least 2 other articles, extremely jumped portions, annoying looking employees, dirty interior... really good example of what does not do as a business, ever, let alone one with food. Apparently the included image is double protein, salsa, black beans and guacamole
At first nobody was in the restaurant, but me. The person on the food line made an online order that was two bowls. From the time I left, until the staff welcomed me, it was 7 minutes I had spent. 7 PAYMENTS?! The line started to build when the lunch break came, about 15-20 people behind me in the line, the employee had still greeted me or started my order. There are NO SENSE OF URGENCY in this store. Then I asked for double meat, and I got a tiny shovel that seemed to be half a serving. When I came home (about 5 minutes away) my food was ice-cold and tasteless, as they forgot to season everything. I'm so disgusting with the quality I didn't even want to eat. When I came home, I separated the meat from my bowl and weighed it. 4oz with a little blow on it. Probably about 3 ounces of meat. That should be double. I eat chipotle very often, about 2-3 times a week and it is never in line with something. I paid almost $10 for the worst meal I ever had.
