フィードバックを提供するService extremely slow. started outside, no service after 10, 15 minutes, table not clean. came back to the house, had to wait for the service. service in the regular better.
We were seated right away for the reservation. But, I believe tonight was just the night all the wheels were not working right. Our food was cold except the soup, which was just warm. We had no silver ware until 10 mins after our food arrived 30mins after ordering. Which another server got us our silver ware. So, all in all I guess this was just a bad day...
Excellent food always consistent , fair prices and service is good also...
Celebrated a girlfriends birthday. When I said we were going to Rock Bottom, she said “I love RB.” Food was good but service was slow.
I have eaten at Rock Bottom many times. The service, food, and atmosphere is always good. I like that there are booths to sit in to have conversations without people sitting right next to you overhearing everything. The problem with this night was that it was pretty warm in the restaurant. We asked the waitress about it and she said the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. This is understandable because it was very hot out. Which was the reason for eating out instead of grilling, etc. I understand that Rock Bottom may not have wanted to advertise the info and lose customers. However, we reserved on line and it would have been nice to know when finalizing our reservation. At the very least the people at the hostess desk could have mentioned it when we arrived so we could decide if we wanted to stay. We would have then known before we were seated and ordered anything. Another option would be not to say anything online or at the hostess desk. Then if someone asked for the air conditioning to be lowered and complained when it couldn’t be, a coupon could be offered to use on another visit. For some people this is not a big deal. For others it can be for various reasons, including health. Thanks!
