I have been ordering delivery from here lately and I love it. I prefer to order from restaurants that have their own employees deliver rather than a third party and Potbelly's is one of them. Delivery is always on time or early, which I appreciate. Food is fresh and delicious.

Good food, nice staff, typical Potbelly setup. Yet, the tuna sandwich has been colder than I'd prefer. Last time I was there I mentioned it they attempted to accommodate me by adding less tuna which is fine with me. Sandwich was less cold. I appreciated the effort!

This is the best Potbelly’s around! The sandwiches are consistently made to perfection, and the staff is always friendly. I would go out of my way to visit this location rather than the one on 159th and Harlem.

I visited for the first time and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. Our server, Lakendai, along with another young man, were both very friendly. There was a wide variety of options to choose from. I’ll definitely be coming back frequently!
