フィードバックを提供するWorst panera bread ever. I ordered a bread bowl from here. Picked it up and brought it home. NO BREAD BOWL IN THE BAG. They charged me full price for it. Gave me a cup of soup. I called wanting a refund, they said no.
In my personal opinion if y’all are going to take long in the drive thru lane then there needs to be a modification for us to be able to leave. There’s no way I sat in this line for 20 mins today waiting on a green tea
