Dunkin' - Orland Park

I wish I could give this place zero stars for service. The cashier manager messed up a simple order, and I can't believe she repeated it back incorrectly. When I received the wrong order and pointed it out, they didn't know how to resolve the issue. Seriously, just remake it!

I had a good experience with the drive-thru service, and the food was excellent!

The restaurant consistently gets my order right. The drive-thru service is quick, and the staff is friendly.

Every Dunkin' seems to be short-staffed lately and I wanted to applaud the current employees at this location for always keeping a positive attitude and ensuring customer satisfaction! I always order ahead on the app, and they have never messed up my order.The wait-times can be long some days, but this is the case at every Dunkin' location I have been to as of late. The staff hereseems to be trying their best given the circumstances :

They consistently get the order correct. The drive-thru is quite fast, and the staff are all wonderful.
