Pizza Hut Orillia

Place is good, service has gotten a lot better in recent months. Delivery is generally fast, food is Pizza Hut, not great but edible.

Tried the $8.99 lunch buffet. Greens bit tired, and only tomatoes and Cukes in addition, plus croutons. Bacon bits and soup would be nice, but not offered. No one from kitchen checked to replenish emptied food item bowls. Pizza ok. The only working on shift Waitress attentive and good. Ambience bright and spacious.

So my wife and I have visited other locations of Pizza Hut for their lunch buffet and wanted to see if the Orillia location was as good. To our pleasure it was. We were seated right away by our server, Jordan, who was great. I took the time to observe Jordan with other customers as they arrived and she was just as good with them as she was with us. The selection of pizza, salad and pasta was very nice and we topped it of with the dessert pizza. Give them a try and enjoy a tasty lunch.

Pizza Hut seems to offer the same service, food and quality in just about every location. This one is no different; as it should be. I expected the Pizza I'm used to, and got it, with a smile from friendly staff.

We were on our way to Toronto to go to Dominican Republic and thought that we would like some pizza for dinner and decided to get some pizza to go from Pizza hut Orillia. We decided to make use of the washrooms while on route along with ordering pizza. I placed the order while my wife made use of the womens washroom and found that it was extremely dirty and i also had to use the washroom as well and also found the mens washroom absolutely disgusting. Afterwards while waiting for our pizza i found that the trim around front order desk (tile) around the floor was very extremely dirty) i found that most employees were behind counter chatting/using cell phones etc where they could be cleaning. What looked to be the manager behind the counter playing with cell phone could be instructing to have employees clean. Overall i found that restaurant needs to have a professional cleaning done and get new management to keep it clean. Remember it is a restaurant where your feeding the public. I will attempt to eat there another time down the road but if i find just as dirty i will place call to health department
