Trureligion Pancake Steakhouse - Orem

Worst place ever! Very disappointed. We waited an hour for our breakfast to arrive. The orange juice is 6.50! Food was horrible. Service was bad. The manager Justin was rude and told me to go to McDonald's down the street and walked away. Nice Manager skills there Justin. I wouldn't recommend dining there.

The food was good. The place is nice to look at. The service was good. What doomed our experience here is the restaurant being shockingly under-staffed. As we looked around, there was never a time when more than half the tables had food, multiple people leaving due to the wait, I would assume.

We waited almost an hour to be seated. Then it took about 10 minutes to get a server to take our order. When the food arrived, we were missing some items and they didn’t give us utensils for like 5 minutes The food is good enough and I think the portions probably justify the prices. However, the wait is always long and the service is always slow due to the restaurant being slammed all the time. It seems popular considering the queue but I’m not sure if the wait is just from a lack of kitchen … – show

Good coffee, hashbrowns were under seasoned, but the rest of food was good. Omelettes are a lot bigger than expected. Long wait, but overall worth it.

Beautiful restaurant with great service. The owner is awesome and stops by the table to introduce himself and for a small chat.
