Papa John's Pizza - Orem

I couldn't believe how well the manager treated me. I forget her name but she was so bright and happy while accommodating my needs. After trying to pay for the order with a business card for a friend that wouldn't work (my fault) she went above andbeyond to give me a free liter of soda for my own mistake!! I would reccomend 10x over!

Your lady with brown curly hair who was working this after noon. Friday Nov. 25. Was extremely rude and decided to argue with a doordash worker. I asked her for the orders and she wanted to be disrespectful. I also don?t like her physically coming to mycar because that makes us feel uncomfortable. You need to ask before invading peoples personal space. If this continues I willreport to corporate

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After losing my order, the manager in charge offered to remake the order and send a new pizza 30 min after it was supposed to be delivered. He then called back to say he found the original pizza and the driver hadmysteriously wandered in, so he was now sending the original pizza and formerly lost driver to my house. This is deplorablecustomer service, as we will now not only be receiving OLD and COLD pizza, but the pizza is being sent with the same individualwho was at fault in the original failure to deliver. We are very displeased and will be taking our business elsewhere in thefuture.

I'll give credit to the service, crust and toppings. However the sauce ruins the pizza. Disgustingly sweet. Couldn't stomach much of it. Had to stop eating. Couldn't decide if I ordered a pizza or dessert. Garlic sauce was better when it wasn't creamyand more buttery/oily. Could also taste the garlic more. Papa John's, your quality has decreased over the years. Disappointed ??

The guy who delivered never knocked so the pizza was sitting out for at least an hour before we found it Ok, I feel I have overreacted although I never heard a knock I may of missed it. I was hungry and irrational when I wrote this I never got anymoney back nor did I ask for it either. The pizza was great after putting in the microwave for 20 seconds. Great pizza will buyagain but next time check periodically for it ; Ps I ordered through my moms account
