They were very polite, even though we came in late.

Exactly what I expected. Been going here for forty years. Hasn't changed.

The food is great, and the egregiously long lines are a testament to that. They get through pretty quickly but it's still slow when you have the sheer amount of people

This place was packed… not sure why though. They must have done a good job marketing because the food is for sure not worth it. Honestly McDonald's, Wendy's, Article Circle and any basic fast food restaurant destroys these peoples soggy fries and dry, thin burger patties. Everything is bad quality.

I loved the food. It was my first time and it was amazing. The only thing was the fries weren't the best but I need to try them animal style.
