フィードバックを提供するWent into Little Caesars to pick up the pizza and drink that I ordered and paid for online. When I picked it up no drink. I asked for a refund and was informed that they're under new management and he won't let them leave refunds. His name is Kevin Cook. When I called him today he wanted me to drive back there to get the 20 oz diet pepsi I didn't get last night for my son. He would even give me 2 but wouldn't give me a refund. Mr. Cook has figured out a great way to run a petty theft ring. Most people aren't going to chase $2.19. I feel badly for his employees since he obviously trusts none of them. I urge anyone to not to go to this Little Caesars. You can't be sure to get everything you order and pay for.
No one answered the phone when I called. It said they were open online. I went to the store to order in person thinking they were busy. The sign said open but the door was locked. I had a group of construction workers to feed, sucks I had to find somewhere else to go.
I'm standing here for 15 minutes waiting for my hot and ready peperoni pizza that is still not done, and all I can hear is a bunch of kids in the back yelling about who likes vanilla ice-cream. I'm about to get a refund and order from a real pizza shop
Pizza is okay in a pinch. Getting almost too expensive for what it is though!Employees are usually nice and accommodating.
I do DoorDash and I can tell you this crew works hard to get your orders out to you as quick as they can. They get hit with a lot of online orders between 5 and 8pm so plan accordingly. They always have a great attitude no matter what the craziness is. These guys work hard and deal with a lot but they always keep there heads screwed on straight. There smiles during tough dining periods make my day. They have a great DoorDash rating 4 stars with over 1000 reviews. If I managed this crew at the Beaver Creek Road location I would be very happy with there day to day performance.
