Max Burgers - Orebro

I have been a loyal customer of Max's and usually eat once or twice a week at your restaurant at Saluvägen 8, where I am always satisfied with both the food and the service. This time I decided to try your restaurant at Boglundsgatan 2, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. My food was cold when I got it both the sweet potato fries, the burger and the hot wings. It felt like the food had been sitting for a long time before it was served. I could barely eat anything and had to throw away almost everything. This is certainly not the standard I am used to from Max. I hope you take this seriously and improve the quality of your food and service.
