フィードバックを提供するI was really disappointed during my first visit to this Chick-fil-A. The worker at the drive-thru greeted me with a bad attitude and didn’t even say hello. It certainly wasn't a pleasant experience placing our order. To make matters worse, he messed up my order. I was looking forward to trying the grilled spicy deluxe, but received the fried version instead. It was really not what I wanted.
The cashier was friendly, but the service was quite slow at this restaurant. I understand that most Chick-fil-A locations are usually very busy, and they typically get orders right. However, I requested a regular bun and received a multigrain brioche bun instead. I know mistakes happen, but I ended up waiting longer than usual. As for the food, it’s Chick-fil-A, so it was good overall.
The customer service is terrible, and the overall atmosphere sends a strong message that employees are what matter most, while customers are seen as an inconvenience rather than the reason for the restaurant's existence. It's mostly about the attitude; I've experienced better service at McDonald's. I haven't returned to this location for a while due to various issues, one of which was so severe that I walked out after encountering a particularly rude supervisor. Now they have even partitioned off more of their dining area for employees only, the play area for families remains closed, and they've implemented a limit of two sauces per order. I ordered a 10-count chicken mini for breakfast and was only allowed two sauces, which feels unreasonable and disrespectful to customers. Additionally, the state of the bathrooms is unacceptable for Chick-fil-A—while it might be acceptable for a truck stop, it's filthy for this brand. I couldn't even find paper towels after washing my hands. I've included pictures to show that I'm not being overly critical; there's dust and dirt everywhere.
Very disappointed with the service (time it took) to receive our food. After waiting 20 Minutes we asked for a employee in the dining room to check on our food. They had Lost our order. It took another 15 Minute before we got our food and only when wewent up to the counter to find out what was the problem. The manager said sorry and handed my husband two coupons for a freecookie. There were three of us. Really!!! Poor customer service and poor people skills. Will never go to this location again
Wonderful service. They replaced daughter?s fries were spilled on floor.
