フィードバックを提供するI visited this location today at 11 AM through the drive-thru, but unfortunately, I couldn't get a sandwich because the oven was out of order. This seems to be a recurring issue, as they often don't have what I want. However, the most unpleasant part of my experience came next. A man in his late 20s or early 30s at the window asked me what I was planning to do today and if I was on my way to class, implying something suggestive. A simple "How are you today?" would have been more than enough small talk while I waited for my poorly made, bitter iced coffee. I believe that work is not the right place for flirting, as it comes across as unprofessional. From now on, I will be visiting the Fleming Island location instead, where I've never had any issues and am a regular customer. I understand that Starbucks corporate may not be concerned since they have so many locations, but it’s quite rude to engage customers in a flirtatious manner.
$4.55 for a coffee?! I went there right after dinner on a chilly night, craving something warm. There were people socializing, but no one in line, so while I was placing my order, they were already preparing it. By the time I paid and found a seat, they called my name for the order. I was a bit taken aback by the price; I don’t remember it being this high, but perhaps that's because I rarely go out for coffee. I usually just make it at home or work. On the bright side, the service was excellent, and the coffee was delicious. I especially love their holiday flavors!
